Appointment reinforces Templum’s commercial momentum as demand for private markets infrastructure accelerates across wealth management and institutional channels
Templum, Inc., the operating infrastructure for private markets and alternative investments, today announced the appointment of Rebecca Wilde as Managing Director, Revenue & Partnerships. In this role, Wilde will contribute to revenue growth and the development of strategic partnerships across the firm’s core client segments, with a particular focus on the wealth management channel, including RIAs and TAMPs.
Wilde brings extensive experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, and commercial leadership within financial technology. Most recently, she served as Managing Director and Chief Commercial Officer at StockSnips, where she led the full commercial launch of one of the first Nasdaq-listed AI-powered ETFs – raising more than $30 million in assets under management within nine months of launch. Operating as the firm’s second hire, Wilde was responsible for the product’s end-to-end market introduction, encompassing SEC compliance oversight, advisor and institutional distribution, direct sales, and investor education. Prior to StockSnips, she held senior commercial roles at Idea Financial, where she led the deployment of more than $100 million in capital to small businesses and oversaw strategic partnerships across the firm’s lending portfolio.
Wilde’s background spans alternative lending, AI-driven investment products, and ETF distribution, with a consistent focus on bringing complex financial solutions to market in a way that builds trust and drives adoption among advisors, institutional investors, and wealth platforms.
“Rebecca has built commercial engines in early-stage fintech environments where the margin for error is small and the requirement for credibility is high,” said Chris Pallotta, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Templum. “She understands the distribution relationships and operational realities of the advisors and institutions we serve. At a time when Templum is expanding its partnerships and growing its platform, her experience and judgment are exactly what we need.”
Wilde commented: “The private markets infrastructure opportunity is significant and the timing is right. Advisors and institutions are ready to move beyond fragmented, manual processes – they need a platform that handles the full investment lifecycle with the operational rigor their clients expect. Templum is built to do exactly that, and I look forward to deepening the partnerships that will bring that capability to more firms across the industry.”
Wilde’s appointment follows a period of significant growth for Templum, including the expansion of its Templum One marketplace, continued development of its primary issuance and secondary trading infrastructure, and the addition of senior leadership across the organization. The firm operates as the only platform holding the regulatory authorizations of a Qualified Matching System, Broker-Dealer, Transfer Agent and Alternative Trading System (ATS) – providing a unified technology infrastructure for the full private markets investment lifecycle, from client onboarding and primary issuance to investment execution and settlement through to post-trade and secondary liquidity. Templum’s platform provides flexible deployment within heterogenous systems via white label, API, or hybrid integration. The company is SOC II-certified.
