Revolving Games partners Animoca Brands to develop Node Network to scale gaming ecosystem

Revolving Games, a publisher in decentralized gaming and digital ownership, has on Monday announced a collaboration with Animoca Brands to develop Node Network to scale gaming ecosystem.

The duo said in a statement that Revolving Games is creating a scalable, gamer-governed economy that leverages the power of Web3, advised by Animoca Brands and in partnership with the RCADE Foundation.

Animoca Brands will leverage its expertise and resources to help expand the RCADE ecosystem.

Saad Zaeem, Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Revolving Games, said they believe being early and adopting blockchain technology gives them the upper hand in Web3, and collaborating with Animoca Brands allows them to tap into the experience of a major Web3 pioneer.

“Early adoption can offer a buffer in a rapidly changing industry, allowing us to learn and execute as the market matures and becomes more data driven,” he added.

Backed by over $37 million in venture funding from notable investors including Animoca Brands, Pantera Capital, Polygon, and Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser, Revolving Games said the firm is poised to redefine the future of gaming by fusing decentralized infrastructure in the form of the RCADE Chain, Node Network, and $RCADE token to scale its multigenre gaming ecosystem.

It is noted that Revolving Games has established two international gaming studios and a 150+ team that has collectively generated revenues exceeding $3 billion in mobile gaming.

The company is developing a decentralized infrastructure poised to launch four internal games and ten additional AAA titles in the next 36 months.

This includes the Skyborne franchise’s upcoming mobile game Phoenix Flight, set to open for early access in the fourth quarter.

Phoenix Flight is Revolving Games’s first flagship game to onboard mainstream users into its scalable-by-design gaming ecosystem, underpinned by the RCADE Foundation’s Node Network.

Revolving Games aims to onboard mainstream users via compelling gameplay reinforced by a community-driven decentralized infrastructure and the interoperable RCADE Token.

“While the majority of Web3 games remain largely excluded from mainstream distribution channels, the team behind Revolving Games has a proven track record in designing, developing, and launching games that have captivated mass audiences,

“We look forward to the expansion of Revolving Games’ IP ecosystem and its onboarding of mainstream users into Web3,” said Yat Siu, Co-founder and Executive Chairman of Animoca Brands.

Ammar Zaeem, Co-founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Revolving Games, said with every game added to the Revolving Games ecosystem, they not only attract new users via compelling IP and gameplay, but they also create greater demand for the decentralized services our node operators provide.

“This circular gaming ecosystem and economy allow crypto and non-crypto natives alike to seamlessly play the games they love on-chain while owning the digital assets they accrue for time and skill invested, all underpinned by a community-operated node network,

“Lastly, a single interoperable token (RCADE Token) allows users to move in-game assets between games, as well as allowing third-party games to build on the RCADE chain. A win-win for gamers and game developers,” he added.
