In a move aimed at meeting growing consumer preferences, flavour-enhanced water brand Lemon Perfect has unveiled a significant expansion plan for 2024.
The Beyoncé-backed company announced the introduction of larger 15.2-fluid-ounce bottles, replacing the original 12-fluid-ounce size, and the launch of three new flavours: Blueberry, Coconut and Watermelon.
The decision to increase the bottle size comes as a direct response to consumer demand for more of the popular flavoured lemon water in a single serving.
This strategic move not only aligns with current consumer preferences but also enhances Lemon Perfect’s visual presence in retail outlets, especially within convenience store refrigerators where the brand is rapidly expanding this year.
The larger bottles are expected to provide added value to consumers, offering approximately 10% savings per ounce compared to the previous 12-fluid-ounce bottles.
“We’ve been perfecting these exciting new flavours for the last two years and have been waiting for the launch of our larger bottles to add them to our lineup,” said Lemon Perfect’s founder and CEO Yanni Hufnagel. “From day one, we’ve prioritised taste – while maintaining all the health benefits of organic lemon water — in flavour innovation.”
Maintaining a focus on health and wellness, Lemon Perfect positions itself as a brand that combines functional benefits with convenience without compromising on taste. All Lemon Perfect bottles contain the juice of half an organic lemon, are rich in vitamin C and undergo gentle processing via flash pasteurisation — an eco-friendly technique that preserves freshness without the need for preservatives.
Beyond taste, Lemon Perfect has also committed to sustainability initiatives, with ts certification as Plastic Neutral. The company’s mission is to reimagine bottled water sustainably by promoting healthy and great-tasting hydration for everyone, anytime, and anywhere.
Lemon Perfect products are available nationwide in various US retailers, including Publix, Kroger, Costco, Sam’s Club, Whole Foods, Target, Albertsons and CVS.
