Esports Organization Fnatic Completes Rebrand

Fnatic, the London based esports organization, who fields teams in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Dota 2, and others took to Twitter on Friday announcing a complete organization rebrand.

“Our new logo is simplified, cleaner, sharper and aligns us visually with our new aesthetic as a brand,” a released statement read. “The mark is much more adaptable than before; it is bold and solid across a range of use cases, from apparel to digital, hardware to in-game.”

Fnatic told its fans that the organization needed to update its identity and purpose. And while changing its logo is a start, Fnatic wants to “sharpen up and evolve.” A large part of the new rebrand was said to be more interactive with fans as it wants to be closer—online and offline—to more fans.

Fnatic ranked #3 in The Esports Observer’s list of the Top 10 Esports Team Organizations of 2019 by Competition Results, for its 1st place showing at the DreamHack Masters Malmö (CS:GO) and a strong showing in the League of Legends European Championship. In announcing its rebrand today, Fnatic said that it plans to have esports teams “on every continent” competing in the all of top esports.
