Bobbie named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026, marking its fourth consecutive year on the list

Bobbie ranks No. 9 in North America, honored for “breaking the baby formula oligopoly”

Bobbie, the mom-founded and led infant formula company reimagining the future of infant nutrition, has been named to Fast Company’s prestigious list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies of 2026, ranking No. 9 in North America for “breaking the baby formula oligopoly.” This marks Bobbie’s fourth consecutive year being recognized by Fast Company, a milestone that underscores the company’s sustained impact across product innovation, services, and cultural leadership.

Bobbie was the first infant formula company to ever make the list in 2023. Four years later, it continues to prove that innovation in this category is long overdue and finally happening.

“We didn’t set out to fit into this industry, we set out to rebuild it,” said Laura Modi, CEO and co-founder of Bobbie. “Everything we do, from how we make our formula to how we show up for American parents, is about raising the standard and giving families the trust and support they deserve. To be recognized on this list for the fourth year is a direct reflection of that continued commitment. And we’re just getting started.”

Over the past year, Bobbie has delivered across product, service, and culture. The company launched its innovative USDA Organic Whole Milk Infant Formula, the first Organic whole milk infant formula made in the U.S. at the company’s owned facility in Heath, Ohio, with over 2,000 safety checks per batch to set a new bar for quality and transparency. Owning our facility end-to-end gives us the control to bake safety into every step, long before any test is ever run. We’re test obsessed and for Bobbie, that’s the bare minimum. That means we comply with FDA regulations and then we confirm quality and safety via third-party testing. We even go beyond current regulatory requirements by conducting independent, third-party testing for heavy metals. Our Transparency Tracker allows parents to see each can’s full journey: like when it was made, what safety tests it passed, when it expires, and more.

Every Bobbie recipe, including our Organic Whole Milk, is powered by the Bobbie Blend, a signature, clinically crafted nutrient system designed to mirror the easy digestion of breast milk. By focusing on precise nutrient levels, the Bobbie Blend ensures that every bottle supports healthy digestion, brain development, and steady growth.

  • Fuels Digestion & Gut Health: Designed with a 60:40 whey-to-casein protein ratio and 100% lactose, providing naturally occurring prebiotic properties for a happier gut and comfortable digestion.
  • Fuels Brain & Immunity: Calibrated levels of DHA and Choline support early cognitive development, while essential minerals like Iron ensure healthy immune function and oxygen delivery.
  • Fuels Optimal Growth: Our proprietary organic oil blend and breast-milk-like carbohydrates support a healthy glycemic index, ensuring balanced growth and steady energy.

Bobbie also introduced The Feeding Room, a free, expert-led support platform built to end the “formula vs breastfeeding” narrative and give parents real, judgment-free help.

And culturally, Bobbie continues to shift the conversation around feeding. From putting real moms on billboards to advocating for better support for parents, the brand is proving that feeding is not a debate, it is a deeply personal decision that deserves better.

This year’s recognition builds on a historic run for the company:
